Your dedicated agent manages flights, hotels ground transport and any itinerary changes, all for a simple $30 fee per traveler. You’ll never need to log into a portal or chase down confirmations again.

Stay Supported on the Road

Outside business hours, our in-house emergency line kicks in. Weekend delays, last-minute cancellations or urgent changes within 48 hours of travel? We’ve got you covered with fast, calm, expert support.

Reconciliation Is Effortless

Group travel can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re managing multiple people, preferences and moving parts. These are some of the most common questions we get from organizations planning group trips, so you know exactly what to expect when working with Inspired.

Our $30 flat fee includes full-service itinerary management for each traveler: flights, hotels, transfers, changes and 24/7 emergency support during travel. There are no added fees for booking assistance or last-minute updates, just fare differences or airline penalties where applicable.

The $100 non-refundable deposit per traveler secures your group space and covers the time spent confirming bookings with airline group desks and other suppliers. It’s fully applied to your final invoice and not tied to individual traveller names.

We’re flexible. For most group bookings, a single invoice is issued to simplify reconciliation. However, if your group needs individual payments or cost splits across departments or cost centres, we can accommodate that too.

Whilst we don’t offer direct discounts ourselves. We work on your behalf with airline group booking departments and hotel partners to secure the best available group rates. These fares often offer added flexibility and name-change options you won’t find with individual bookings.

Your dedicated agent manages all changes, updates and cancellations directly. We’ll advise on any supplier penalties before proceeding and we’re always available to support urgent changes, even on weekends.

Yes, all travellers receive a live itinerary via Tripscape, including real-time updates, flight alerts and calendar syncing. It’s mobile-friendly, easy to use and requires no login.

Absolutely. We tailor each booking to your travel policy, including preferred suppliers, approval flows and budget thresholds. Your dedicated agent will flag anything that falls outside of policy before confirming, helping you stay compliant without slowing things down.
