It gives you easy, on-the-go access to your full itinerary, complete with real-time flight updates, calendar syncing and push notifications so you’re always in the loop. Whether you’re managing multiple trips or need quick access to booking details, Tripscape helps keep your travel organized, up to date and stress-free.

View your complete travel itinerary in one place, including flights, hotels, car rentals and meeting times. All details are synced automatically from your bookings.

Stay informed with real-time alerts about flight delays, gate changes, cancellations and schedule updates.

Trips are organized into daily segments to help you quickly see what’s planned for each day.

📍 Flight Status and Check-In

Check live flight status and access airline check-in directly from the app using your booking reference.

Reach your dedicated agent through the Contact Us section for help with changes, cancellations or special requests.

🛠️ Custom App Settings

Choose your preferred time format, temperature scale and distance unit. You can also manage notification preferences and logout settings.

Need a quick answer? This section covers the most commonly asked questions about using the Tripscape app. Browse below to find solutions for setup, settings, trip management and more.

Tripscape works on both iOS and Android mobile devices.

After downloading the app:

  1. Click ‘REGISTER NOW’ and enter your corporate email address (used in your travel profile).
  2. Complete the sign-up form and click ‘REGISTER’.
  3. You’ll receive a push notification and an activation email.
  4. Click the ‘Click Here’ link in the email to activate your account.
  5. Once you see the “Success” message, you can sign in and start using Tripscape.

Tripscape will redirect you to the airline’s website to complete check-in:

  • Go to My Trips > Current and select Check-In next to your flight.
  • Once checked in, you can add your boarding pass to your mobile wallet.

Tripscape does not support direct changes or cancellations. Please use the “Contact Us” button in the app to reach your travel advisor for assistance.

  • Tap the ‘Add to calendar’ icon when viewing your trip.
  • You can also tap the calendar symbol next to individual segments to add them separately.
  • A confirmation will display after a successful calendar sync.

On iOS:

  • Open your device settings, select Tripscape, and adjust notification preferences.
  1. Tap the … More icon in the navigation bar.
  2. Select ‘Update my details’.
  3. Make changes and tap ‘UPDATE’.

Note: Your email must match the one used for bookings to sync your trips.

  • Go to … More > Update my details, then select ‘DELETE’.

Note: This only deletes your app access. Your trips remain in Inspired’s system.

  • Go to … More > Settings.
  • Choose between 12-hour or 24-hour time display.
  • Navigate to … More > Settings.
  • Choose Celsius or Fahrenheit.

Yes. In … More > Settings, choose a logout period between 10 minutes and 1 hour 50 minutes of inactivity.

  • You can also enable: ‘Remember my email’ toggle
  • Apple Sign-In (iOS only)
  •  Go to … More > Change password.
  • Enter your current password, then your new one and press CHANGE.
  1. Tap My Trips.
  2. Swipe left on a trip and tap Delete.

Note: This removes it only from the app, not from Inspired’s or the airline’s systems.

  • Tap My Trips, then the PAST tab to view completed trips from the last 12 months.
  • FOR OTHERS tab appears if you manage travel for others.
  • Use the Contact Us button in the app.
  • You’ll find your advisor’s dedicated phone number and email there.
  1. Open the trip under CURRENT or PAST.
  2. Tap the Invoice icon.
  3. Use the Email/Share button to send a copy to your inbox.
